HOW DOSE NPC OPERATE ?
Newspapers and magazines arriving every day are closely checked. They are conveyed to the readers in charge of respective groups. Each reader keeps his/her manual always up-to-date and carefully reads the newspapers and/or magazines from the first line to the last. They mark the newsitems, ads, etc. in full conformity with the clients' written instructions.
The stories or ads are clipped out and prepared with labels showing the newspaper or magazine names, dates, etc.
The readied clippings are mailed weekly unless otherwise requested.
Clipping service cannot be automated, cannot be computerized, but can be performed by highly trained readers to meet the clients' requirement.

We ask for a monthly reading charge for each subject, cost of clippings plus postage paid and bank charge. See rate card.
Clippings are counted one for each story or ad, but if a story runs beyond one cutting, it will be counted one for each page.
Marking and clipping will commence immediately on receipt of your order.
Additional instructions, revisions or cancellation of order will be followed immediately, but the materials already clipped will be forwarded by next mail.
Romanized list of major publications belonging to the group(s) you specify will be produced and mailed with the first shipment, free of charge. Send us a copy of each of your press releases on each occasion if available.
